Cooking Class

So I am teaching a cooking class on Brazilian food at the Little Theater at the Orem Maceys. I'm really excited and really scared at the same time. If anyone wants to come its free! It will be on March 5th @ 7pm.
Anyone have any sugetstions on a certain dish I should teach let me know so far I've hit a wall, there are so many good dishes I dont know where to start.

We are having a Boy!!!

So we went to have our first Ultrasound today, and we are having a Boy!! We are so excited.

His name will be Tate Michael Larsen.

He is very healthy and everything is where it should be. As a matter of fact according to his measurements either I am one week further along or he is a BIG BOY!! Hopefully I'm one week further along.

We feel so happy and blessed!!!
