Jallapeno Jelly!!!

Yes! Folks Jalapenos Jelly! My mother in law planted two Jalapeno plants so that I can make jelly. She loves it and so do I!! Its really easy. I've make 3 batches already and about 4 more to go! So if anyone is interested on trying something new just let me know! The jelly is really good with cream cheese and crackers and also on turkey sandwiches!! A little goes a long way because its Hot Hot Hot!!

Milestone!

I started Tate on rice cereal, it was so cute to see his nose wrinkle! And my face while feeding him. Of course most of it ended up on his face and shirt. But he broke out the next day, I'm not sure if its because he is allergic or his little body just didnt know how to process it. Doctor says to try again and try a diffrent brand.

4 months!!

I cant beleive its been 4 months!! Everything is going great, I love love love being a mommy.
So we just went to the doctors for Tate's 4 month check up and here are his stats.

Weight: 14LBS (50%)
Height: 26 inches (90%) doctors says he is a tall boy!! Much to Garrett's enjoyment!!
Head: 40.5 (25%) Small head!!

Tate loves "talking" , cooing and loves to talk over mommy (everytime Im having a conversation he starts "talking" and only gets louder and louder but if I stop he will stop as well!! Little Stinker!!
He likes to chew on his hands and on his lady bug toy. He thinks I'm the funniest person (which is doing wonders for my selfesteem, Haha just kidin").
He hates tummy time, has no intrest in rolling over but loves to sit up (supported of course) and loves it even more when we hold him standing up!!
He also sleeps thru the night (most nights) from 11pm to 5am and on really good days he will sleep til 6-6:30 am

We love our little guy and feel so blessed to have him in our lives.

My brother in law (Jer) was taking some pics of Tate and I was making him laugh. In this picture you can see he definitely has got my eyes!! So cute I can't get enough of him!!

Baby Tate..Healthy, Happy and looks just like Daddy!!

Here is our handsome little guy!!! He was born May 16, 2009 at 3:47pm. He weighed 7lbs 6oz and was 19 inches long. He came with a head full of hair (which explains all my heartburn). He's a chillax baby, and really only cries when he's cold or diaper being changed. He looks just like daddy but has his mommas skin tone, and hair color. We love him soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much and are very grateful that we've been blessed with such a healthy and beautiful child.

Baby Shower Pics!

I had a baby shower on April 25th. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for those who showed up even though it was poring rain!! I wish I' d taken more pitures with family and friends but as most of you know I'm not very good with this kind of stuff I get very nervous around alot of people. I would like to thank my mom for the coxinhas and the pack & play. And my mother- in-law (Mama Larsen) for being such a good host and opening her home to everyone!! She is the best!!
