Baby Tate..Healthy, Happy and looks just like Daddy!!

Here is our handsome little guy!!! He was born May 16, 2009 at 3:47pm. He weighed 7lbs 6oz and was 19 inches long. He came with a head full of hair (which explains all my heartburn). He's a chillax baby, and really only cries when he's cold or diaper being changed. He looks just like daddy but has his mommas skin tone, and hair color. We love him soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much and are very grateful that we've been blessed with such a healthy and beautiful child.

Baby Shower Pics!

I had a baby shower on April 25th. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for those who showed up even though it was poring rain!! I wish I' d taken more pitures with family and friends but as most of you know I'm not very good with this kind of stuff I get very nervous around alot of people. I would like to thank my mom for the coxinhas and the pack & play. And my mother- in-law (Mama Larsen) for being such a good host and opening her home to everyone!! She is the best!!

6 Weeks to Go !!

6 weeks and counting. We are so excited!!







I cant wait to see our little guys face and hold him! I'm so curious to see what he looks like, Garrett and I are so different its going to be interesting!
Anyway I'm excited, scared and anxious all at the same time, I like to know what I'm getting into and what to expect but with giving birth it seams that there are a "million" ways things can go and I feel that I'm not ready. I know I'm not ready!!
Anyway enough of the "wine-ing" it is what it is and I'm just going to try to go with the flow!

Baby Shower # 1

My co-workers gave me a baby shower on April 2nd. It was a blast we went to Brick Oven had dinner and then I opened up my gifts. I loved everything they got me, I love my co-workers they are the best!!

Dino Museum

Garrett got attacked, given that it was a stuffed Dino, but all the same it was very traumatizing!! Ha ha! He is soooo funny!!

Prego Belly & Weird Dreams!!!

OK so I'm at 29 weeks and I thought I would post a picture of my belly. People keep saying I'm tiny but I don't feel that way!!! Anyway my doctor says that I'm actually measuring big!!


Anyway I had my first weird baby dream last night. So in my dream I'm in bed Garrett is right next to me sleeping and I'm just looking at my belly talking to Tate and he is kicking, all of the sudden I feel him kick my right side so I put my hand there and I can feel his little fingers and his little hand then I say " Oh Hi baby you giving mommy a high 5!" and as soon as I say that his whole arm pops out of my belly and of course I'm in shock!! Before I know it my belly starts to rip, yes rip open and the rest of his cute body pops out and I'm screaming my head off trying to get Tate to breath and Garrett is fast asleep doesn't even move and I'm thinking this is not right this is not how his supposed to come out!!

That's when I wake up sweating from head to toe!! Anyone dare to analize my dream?

Birb Clothes

So I deciced I wanted to make something for my baby with my own two hands. Birb clothes sounded pretty simple and non-time consuming, was I wrong!!! Anyway after about a month here are the results. They are not perfect but they are going to have throw up on them half the time so I'm not to worried.
